Gail Kurpgeweit is a Consultant to the foodservice industry and an active culinary writer and public speaker. She previously owned a successful catering and foodservice manufacturing company, and most recently served as the Director of Catering for the largest foodservice management company in North America.
She is a classically trained Chef who studied at Le Cordon Bleu and has extensive experience in recipe development, event planning and working with the special dietary needs of her guests and clients.
She lives in beautiful Issaquah, Washington and is passionate about gathering friends and family around the table by creating an amazing and memorable dining experience.
